How to use “tejPresent” with PowerPoint format:
For opening “tejPresent” follow these steps:
1. Create your presentation
2. Open “tejPresent” as a Slide Show Viewer
3. Select a PowerPoint file
4. Let the application auto-open it
5. Add “tejPresent” as a Slide Show Viewer
6. Enter a name for this new slide show.
7. Set the default views (Rows and Columns) for the presentation
8. Click Edit > Preferences
9. Change the following options:
* Show slides in a new window
* Number of pages in a new window
* Delay of delay before next slide
* Position of slide on the display
* Number of rows and columns in a new window
* Number of seconds before the next slide
* Audience response mode (See tejPresent help if you need more info about “Remember audience response”).
* Reorder the media.

How to install it:
(1) Run the.dmg disk image file.
(2) Double-click the tejPresent icon.
(3) From the main window, there are two options you can choose:
(i) “New” – Shows the “New presentation window”
(ii) “Open” – Opens the Presentation to which you want to edit
(4) After you open the presentation file you want to modify, you will see a set of buttons in the lower part of the window. These buttons are: “Left sidebar” and “Right sidebar”
– If you want to add or edit the presentation slides in the “Left sidebar”, click the “Left sidebar” button.
– If you want to add or edit the presentation slides in the “Right sidebar”, click the “Right sidebar” button.
– If you want to add or edit the presentation slides in the both “Left and Right sidebar”, click the “All items” button.
(5) You can quickly add a new slide and then edit the properties of each slide. To add a new slide, click the “New slide” button or press the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl+N”. To edit a slide, click the “Edit slide” button or press the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl+E”.
(6) You can quickly convert a new slide to the “New slide” mode. To do so, click the “Convert” button or press the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl+C”. You can easily delete a slide by clicking the “Delete slide” button or press the keyboard shortcut “Delete”.
